Our Story
We Started with a Belief.
That world-class financial services should be accessible, innovative, and built around the needs of clients.
In 2018, AVA Capital was founded to bridge a gap in Nigeria’s financial landscape, delivering investment banking advisory to individuals, corporations, and institutions. As client needs grew, so did the Group, expanding into three specialist businesses built alongside it: AVA Securities, AVA Global Asset Managers, and AVA Trustees, each bringing deep expertise to its own market segment while operating under one brand.
By 2022, the Group had secured two consecutive FMDQ Gold Awards. By 2024, it had listed its inaugural product on the Nigerian Exchange and launched a digital investment platform.
What began as a vision has evolved into a financial services group serving individuals, corporations, institutions, and governments across Nigeria. In 2026, AVA Capital, the Group’s founding entity, was listed on the Nigerian Exchange by Introduction, transitioning to AVA Capital PLC and marking the next chapter in our growth.

Our Structure
One brand. Four specialist subsidiaries.
AVA Capital PLC comprises four specialist businesses operating under one brand: AVA Capital, providing investment advisory; AVA Global Asset Managers, managing investment portfolios; AVA Securities, offering securities trading and brokerage; and AVA Trustees, delivering trusteeship and fiduciary services.
Each subsidiary is independently licensed, SEC-regulated and operates under its own regulatory license.
Milestones
Eight years of building.
Commenced operations with investment banking and securities brokerage licences.
First FMDQ Gold Award for Most Active Transaction Sponsor. AVA Trustees incorporated and unified rebrand completed.
Second FMDQ Gold Award. Fixed income transaction volume exceeds ₦60 billion.
Infrastructure Fund Series 1 raises ₦4.075 billion in under 60 days. AVA App launched.
Transition to AVA Capital PLC. Listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited by Introduction.
